Is TheraPlus in-network or out-of-network?  What is my deductible? How may visits can I have? Do I have a co-payment, a co-insurance, or both?  Do visits need to be pre-authorized and by whom? Have I met my out-of-pocket maximum?  We are here to help.  We don’t want you to have any surprises and do everything we can to prevent them.  Unlike other places who will hit you with a massive bill at the end of treatment, we want you to be part of of our family.  Family doesn’t hit family with $4000 surprise bills.

We can be listed as either TheraPlus or Nuzum and Associates, LLC with your insurance company.
